Frequently Asked Questions

  • Shipping Delays
    If you see your package hasn't moved for a while, give it some time. Shipping can sometimes be slower than we like, especially for packages headed to Alaska, Hawaii, and International locations. If there is no movement after a week or so, reach out to us so we can take a look from our end. It's helpful if you include the Order Number when you email us.
  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
    Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to it since we can’t charge you for the additional item(s) afterwards. However, we can cancel your existing order so you can place a new one. Please note that we cannot guarantee your original items will still be in stock when you reorder. The best option is to place a second order for the additional items you need. If you choose to do this, we can ship your orders separately and refund a portion of the shipping cost where applicable.
  • Can I return my item if I don't like it?
    At this time, we do not offer returns. We won't be able to refund you (unless it was damaged in shipping and you contact us immediately).
  • How do I get a commission started?
    If you are interested in commissioning Jada to do an original piece of work, please read the following carefully. Jada is only able to take on a select handful of commissions per year. Commissions include water color, oil paintings and on certain occasions can include logos and other design work. Commissions start at $650 for a 8x8” original painting with one round of feedback. Additional fees apply to change the direction once started. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total value of the painting must be paid by the commissioner before Jada begins and 50% is due upon completion. Rights to reproduce the painting do NOT transfer when you purchase it. Jada retains all rights to make products of the digital version of commissioned work, including, but not limited to: prints, stickers, apparel, etc. If you would like to purchase exclusivity of your original, an additional fee may be negotiated.   • I made an error when typing my address and wonder if you can fix it?
    If you see any errors with your order, let us know right away. It is always nice if you can be sure your address and your order is perfect the first time. The faster you let us know, the quicker we are to making any corrections
  • I received my item(s), may I exchange it/them for something different?
    We cannot offer exchanges, unless the wrong item was shipped to you. If this does happen please let us know and we will send you a prepaid return label. I am so excited for the day when we can offer returns & exchanges!
  • My item arrived damaged- will you ship me a new one?
    If you receive a damaged print, you must ship the old one back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the damaged item. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, if the damage occurred during shipping, we will almost certainly be able to send you a new print. For a smooth replacement process, please ensure that the damaged item is returned promptly.
